What sign-in shares

Google provides your verified email address and a stable Google account identifier. FRAI uses them to check your pilot invitation, recognise your account and let you sign in. Google handles your password; FRAI does not receive it.

What is saved

FRAI stores your account identifier, email address and sign-in dates in its account database. Essential secure cookies keep your login request and session linked to your browser. A login request expires after ten minutes; a session expires after eight hours. Signing out invalidates that session.

Your connected services

This sign-in page does not request access to your Gmail messages, email sending or Google Calendar. Connecting a service will require a separate explanation and your permission. Signing in does not activate an agent or grant access to a business workspace.

Retention and your choices

Account and invitation records remain until FRAI removes them at your request or closes the pilot. Expired login requests and sessions are cleaned up during subsequent sign-ins. Infrastructure backups may retain earlier copies under the operator’s backup lifecycle.
